Is this just another resume rewrite?

No. We don’t sell documents. Building a new resume is just one part of the process. What you'll get is a complete narrative and a strategic approach that positions you as the logical hire for hiring managers, while preparing your to interview with confidence and negotiate offers from a better position.

What if I do the work and still don’t get an offer?

If you join all the sessions, conclude all the recommended exercises, apply all feedback you get along the way, and still don't get the offer, I stay with you. Four extra 1:1s and unlimited groups until you land. You won’t be alone.

Can I get my money back if it’s not a fit?

Yes. If this doesn’t feel right after the first seven days, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll refund you in full. No hard feelings, no pressure.

I’m busy. How much time do I need?

You need 60 minutes for our one-on-one session, plus 3–4 focused hours a week to practice.
Small, steady steps big results. If you cannot dedicate this time, maybe we are not a great fit.

The market is bad. Should I wait?

Waiting makes your story colder. The right time will never come. We prepare you to thrive under different market conditions because you play with strategy, not under the survival mode.

I have a gap / I’m changing roles. Am I doomed?

What if I freeze in interviews?

I’m scared of negotiation. Won’t I lose the offer?

You won’t. You'll leave with a deep understanding on what companies consider to define On Target Earning, and how complex perks unfolds. We set a range, anchor with data, and stay calm.

I hate “networking.” Do I have to beg for referrals?

No begging. Human messages, clear asks, respectful follow-ups. Relationship first. The yes comes after. If you choose the concierge plan, we implement an AI-driven & human-oriented done-for-you pipeline to connect you with hiring managers, decision makers, and recruiters for jobs that are publicly published, and those that will never get published.

Will you apply for me?

No. Although we offer a DFY networking solution, you are responsible for applying.

How fast will I see movement?

Often in 2–3 weeks: replies and first interviews.
Offers tend to come ~90 days, faster if your base is strong.

Is this only for big tech?
